The Breville “Smart Scoop” has 4 settings:

1.Sorbet

2.Frozen Yogurt.

3.Gelato.

4. IceCream.

Pre-cool Mode

You can choose this function before either automatic or manual mode is chosen. This will pre-cool the machine to approx;

14 degrees F to 22 degrees F or

10 degrees C – 30 degrees C

and will take somewhere between to 5-10 minutes.

Keep Cool

When the consistency you required has been achieved you will be able to keep the dessert at a constant temperature for approximately three hours. Please remember that when the machine is in this mode the motor, the compressor or even the paddle will turn on from time to time to test the consistency of the mixture.

Automatic Mode

This will churn and freeze the ingredients to your selected consistency. You will need to select one of the above four settings. When it is finished it will either bleep or utter a musical chime (just like a real ice cream van). The choice of musical chimes are either:

Manual Mode
